The topic of the project is about the global warming and its consequences. Therefore the information is mapped on a popsicle. On the handle is a scale, which shows the remaining time, till the polar icecaps are melted. This implies that the consumer is co-responsible for the global warming. In 1950 the figurative polar icecaps are still complete. About one hundret years later, the polar icecaps are gone. The rough stylized product comes with a marketing campain. The Slogan „Its about time to cool down“ discribes the urge to get active against global warming. Three posters discribes in a exaggerated and sarcastic way some consequences of global warming, like the rising oceans or the shrinking possibilities for skiers.
